Quality Control and After-Sales Service

 

The Shop guarantees that all items provided by us are from original manufacturers, authorized agents, and authorized distributors, and are all original and brand new parts. We will provide inspection records for all orders delivered by our customer service team. We also offer a one-year warranty after the delivery of goods. We will not accept order cancellations unless the customer has a legitimate reason, such as: evidence proving that our goods are not original and new parts. When quality issues occur after you receive the goods, please contact us within 3 working days, and we will replace them with new parts in accordance with the after-sales service agreement. The after-sales service agreement is a regulation to provide you with better service. You may need to read it carefully to handle product issues before making a product complaint. We do not accept order cancellations after shipment, only replacement of faulty products. We will only accept product issues involving obvious damage occurred during transit, provided that you check the package immediately upon receipt and keep photos for record. When a customer complains about a product issue after 3 working days of receiving confirmation of the issue, we will require a formal product issue description. The formal product issue description includes, but is not limited to: text description, photos, videos, preliminary testing, etc. The Shop will replace the new parts and bear the shipping costs for the new parts after confirming the product issue. If necessary, the Shop may request the return of the faulty products for inspection or testing, and the customer should assist in returning the faulty parts, and the Shop will bear the shipping costs.

 

Disclaimer

 

The Shop is responsible for providing technical support to ensure the normal operation of the website, trying to avoid service interruptions, or minimizing interruption time, so as to ensure that users can trade smoothly on the Internet.
